The context
DUTECH provides technology services to entities within PCFC and Dubai World. My role combined product management, business analysis and delivery with enterprise and government stakeholders. Client work through DUTECH included DMCC and Dubai Maritime City.
The challenge
Make technology useful across organisations with established processes, multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
The work
Conceptualised MAKTEBI, an enterprise collaboration platform with web and mobile experiences, and managed product delivery and rollout in collaboration with Microsoft.
Worked on Dubai Maritime City’s Oracle Cloud-based eServices and document management implementation, connecting online B2B and B2C services with the marketing and sales lifecycle.
Conducted research and business analysis for NAU / Dhowber, presented to the Dubai 10X selection committee and launched at the World Government Summit in 2018.
What came from it
- MAKTEBI rolled out to more than 4,000 employees.
- A cloud-based platform supported Dubai Maritime City’s online services and document management.
- NAU / Dhowber was presented as part of Dubai 10X and launched at the World Government Summit in 2018.
